Job Description:

Primary Roles & Responsibilities


Sales Executives at  BLUE OCEAN SYSTEMS are responsible for managing the entire sales cycle of SAP software solutions.

  • Successfully manage qualified leads produced by our Business Development activities
  • Have a hunter's mentality with the ability to create your own pipeline and lead generation funnel  
  • Work to coordinate internal resources as necessary to help close opportunities
  • Work with the Marketing department in demand generation activities, and network to develop strong partnerships within the industry and with influencers

Job Requirements:

Requirements / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of ERP solutions/SAAS sales experience (Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Sage, Epicor, Acumatica, etc.)  
  • Strong networking skills and ability to generate leads
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • A strong understanding of the business logic behind ERP applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and closing skills
  • Have a basic understanding of both the SAP portfolio (experience with SAP products is a plus) and the competitive landscape
  • Candidates must possess experience presenting solutions to key executives and decision makers with a successful track record selling complex Business Solutions and exceeding expectations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment is a must! This role will work closely with our marketing and presales team
  • Travel required


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling ERP solutions/SAAS.
  • Experience selling SAP solutions is a plus.
