New Support Technician in South Africa fills a time zone gap

We're excited to welcome onboard our newest team member, Charnelle King. Charnelle comes to us from The CRM Team, a Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner that specialises in the implementation of Dynamics 365, with a core focus on Customer Relationship Management, Field Services, Case Management and Microsoft Power Platform. 

As our latest Support Technician added to the team, Charnelle will be providing support and professional services for our Western Australia and European customers. Because of her location in South Africa, Charnelle is a key strategic placement for us, meaning we're better able to offer 24-hour support for our customers globally. With a focus on Project Implementation, Business Analysis and Technical Support, Charnelle brings her experience of successful deliveries of various strategic initiatives and projects to the table.

"I am a dedicated Delivery Manager promoting dynamic client oversight, problem resolution and cost analysis skills," she says. "At Univerus, the possibilities are endless."

Charnelle is also an Emotional Intelligence practitioner and coach, helping people to identify goals in their personal and professional lives and take action.
