Univerus welcomes new team members
As the company grows, so does our team - welcome to Jackie, Ksenia and Scott
As exciting as it is to announce new products, updates and solutions, it's equally so bringing new people on board here at Univerus. As part of our ongoing expansion plans, we're proud to introduce the newest members of the team.
Jackie Eden - Support Technician
Located in our updated Nelson office, Jackie is an IT professional specialising in business process, analysis, implementation and application support. Jackie comes to us from Oracle, where she gained over 20 years experience in supporting and administering large scale systems, working with a multitude of complex applications and engaging with diverse groups across the globe.
As our new Support Technician, Jackie will be providing end-user support to customers and the Professional Services teams. "I embrace change and enjoy the challenges associated to projects and the use of technology to improve process," Jackie says. "Joining Univerus, I'm looking forward to being part of something local."
Scott Barron - Software Developer
Also new to the Nelson team is Scott Barron, a Software & Data Integration Architect and Professional Problem Solver. Scott brings a wide range of experience to the Univerus team. Aside from his expertise in software development, Scott also brings business intelligence and business analysis skills to the table.
Scott is our newest Software Developer, and will be working on a range of valuable and innovative solutions for Univerus. He has a unique skillset and perspective that encompasses coding, databases and customer interaction.
When he's not at work, Scott spends time with his three kids and getting stuck into DIY projects. "Univerus offered a great work environment, interesting projects and amazing flexibility," he says. "I’m happy to be part of the team."
Ksenia Pashkevich - Software Tester
Rounding out the team in the new Nelson office is Ksenia Pashkevich. Ksenia comes to us from Emsisoft, an antivirus company which creates a malware protection for people. Ksenia began at Emsisoft as a Support Specialist, and then moved on to become a QA Engineer. Experienced in Regression, Black Box and Functional Testing, Ksenia is a dedicated and detail-oriented person.
As Univerus's new Software Tester, Ksenia will be taking on the Quality challenge, finding the best solutions and bringing our products to the next bug-free level.
